Who we are

This website is run by Omnia Systems (UK) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 07796092, at 12-13 The Oaks, Clews Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 7ST. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you request a trial we collect your name, your MSP’s name, your work email address, the number of clients you manage, the RMM and MDM you use, and anything you choose to tell us in the message box.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your colour theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your trial request, set up your trial, and tell you when an integration you asked about becomes available. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about Omnia Manage.

We don’t sell your details or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are received by Formspree, which processes them for us and may store them in the United States under appropriate safeguards. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a customer, we delete your details 12 months after our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
